潔凈室膠盒的清洗越來越被人們所重視，在現(xiàn)代高科技年代，高科技產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造離不開潔凈室，生產(chǎn)時盛裝這些精密產(chǎn)品的零部件就更離不開潔凈膠盒，這些膠盒根據(jù)各公司規(guī)模不同，每月使用量從幾千套到幾十萬套不等，然而有些公司不知如何清洗再利用而將它們丟棄，第一造成高包裝成本，第二廢料處理帶來環(huán)境問題。

不久前，有個客戶的膠盒在我們公司清洗后，客戶抽檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)工件部位上的油印沒洗干凈。 到客戶現(xiàn)場了解情況時，發(fā)現(xiàn)這種膠盒是黑色防靜電膠盒，塊頭較大，在其工件部位上有不易發(fā)現(xiàn)的潤滑油印，須在充足的光線下傾斜至一定角度才可發(fā)現(xiàn)。因為客戶事先并無對來料狀況作特殊說明，在來料檢查時也未發(fā)現(xiàn)此種不良，所以清洗時并未做特殊處理，僅按正常來料清洗流程清洗。結(jié)果導(dǎo)致整批貨全部被退回返工。

對被退回的膠盒重新檢查時，發(fā)現(xiàn)80~90%的膠盒都有油印，嚴(yán)重的幾乎每處工件位上都有，且膠盒面積大，數(shù)量多，又是ESD材質(zhì)，用正常的IPA加抹布擦拭方法行不通。一是進(jìn)展太慢，客戶要貨急；二是IPA對ESD涂層會有腐蝕作用。經(jīng)過反復(fù)清洗試驗，終于找出了解決方法，就是將中性清洗劑MP、堿性清洗劑BC和水按適當(dāng)比例混合后配成新溶劑，將有油膠盒放入其中進(jìn)行短時間浸泡后用專用刷刷洗片刻，再用DI水沖淋，最后進(jìn)入正常清洗工序清洗，清洗之后的膠盒經(jīng)OQC檢查后OK，油印被清除。
