余壓閥在使用過程中存在哪些問題

目前余壓閥的結構一般包括閥板、調節重錘、過濾網等幾個部分，工作時，閥板開啟一定角度，讓一定量的氣流通過。重錘在不同位置，閥板所受壓力不同，相同室內壓力下，閥板的開啟度不同，可起到調節作用。

現有余壓閥雖然具有調節部分，但是，在實際使用時，并不能將調節重錘的某個位置和房間的正壓值對應起來。重錘位置的調整和房間壓力的變化，都會引起閥板開度變化，但并不能就此簡單標定重錘位置和房間壓力的關系。在實際應用中，還牽涉到同一個潔凈空間使用什么規格及多少數量余壓閥的問題。同一個潔凈空間，在同樣的正壓情況下，使用一個余壓閥和使用多個同規格余壓閥，閥板的開度是不同的。

現有余壓閥還存在噪音問題，在房間壓力出現大的波動時（開門瞬間等） ，閥板快速關閉，會產生比較大的噪音，有些型號的余壓閥在關閉部位貼了密封膠條，一定程度上可以降低噪音。
